To receive a full refund please follow the procedures below.
REFUND PROCEDURE
1. If our SIM card cannot unlock your iPhone, and our technical support staff cannot help, then you can email us to obtain a refund provided these conditions have been met:
2. Refunds will only be given when exhaustible avenues of support have been reached.
3. Requests for refunds must be made in writing by email within 7 days of the order date. A return address will be supplied and all items must be returned to iPhoneWorldwide by recorded delivery.
4. On receipt a refund will be issued within 21 days.
Refunds will not be issued if you have previously attempted to unlock the iPhone with another method not from us and failed as there is a limit on how many attempts can be made.
Refunds when agreed will be made via the same method as payment. Please note it may take 5 working days longer if you paid via credit or debit card.
iPhoneWorldwide takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by performing the unlock procedure or using any software provided. |
